6. I live 600 miles away, will this affect things?

No. We can do everything through email, regular paper mail, pay pal and by phone. Just be aware of the time difference when calling.

7. What artwork file types do you provide?

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) are the main file types provided for the brandmark (logo). Such files can be scaled to any size without loss of quality, and with the right software, clients can create any other file type necessary (.jpg, .png, .gif, etc.). Although Photoshop (.psd) may be used for logos in some cases. We are more than happy to help with specific file requests, and answer any questions if clients are unsure.

8. Can you start right away?

Our main focus is on current clients and their existing deadlines, but sometimes its possible. For more information give us a call.

9. Such and such charges less than you. Can you match them?

Design is not a commodity. Just as a client chooses the designer, the designer also chooses the client. It’s up to the designer to work with those who value the service provided.
